He had this question three times to my knowledge. My answer is always the same. Are you a member of a trade association / registration (eg, RCN and NMC, GMC, GSCC, etc.), if so, do not registaro think? If so, then you can the opportunity to work for health care, otherwise they could fight.
Would you pass check a CRB? Can you explain tactfully why they were rejected? Do you have a fitness "to practice" problems? Would an audit of the profession?

I doubt he is honest. To apply for another job, it depends on what you have mentioned, affects every application. Some people can not be removed from the record if they lead to misbehavior.
