Best Natural Sleep Aids for Chronic Insomnia? - can valerium cause nightmares
I stopped sleeping pills because the side effects are worse than sleep deprivation. Now with ativan xanax and occasionally, but they are very addictive. Tried melatonin, Sleepytime tea, Valerium, Benadryl, Tylenol PM ... nothing works! Suggestions?
